The garage was originally a longer-term project. Problems with the electrical connection to the shipping container mean it needs to happen sooner than planned.
The house remains the first priority. The current plan is to finish the house, then move quickly into the garage, with some garage work potentially happening alongside the house build where that makes sense.
Current status: Building plans are complete and zoning approval is in place.
